Presents
August 11th – August
26th

Nashville, TN (July 25th,
2006) For the last 25 years, Lakewood Theatre Company has
delighted audiences with some of the most stellar
performances in the Nashville acting community. From their
first performance of Our Town, Lakewood Theatre
Company has grown to be one of the foremost venues for the
Nashville arts scene.
From
the moment father Bud Turpin keels over at the breakfast
table right on through his burial in the "Gentleman Farmer"
coffin, Dearly Departed makes it clear that there’s more to
living and dying in the Bible Belt than you can shake a corn
dog at. Lakewood Theatre Company will do its best to
survive the summer heat as they present David Bottrell and
Jessie Jones’ Southern comedy at their theatre located in
the heart of Old Hickory. Dearly Departed will be performed
in the intimate setting of Lakewood Theatre Company
beginning on Friday, August 11 at 7:30 pm. Performances will
continue on weekends through August 26. The Sunday matinees
start at 2:30. Adult tickets cost $10.00 and students and
seniors (65+) tickets are $8.00. For reservations call
847-0934.
